Services

Biological Assessments and Environmental Permitting

We conduct habitat assessments, wetland delineations, and rare plant surveys. When needed we work with other small local firms to conduct special-status wildlife and fishery assessments. We have over 30 years of experience preparing permit applications for projects requiring Corps of Engineers, California Department of Fish and Wildlife, Regional Water Quality Control Board, California Coastal Commission, and local agency authorizations.  We also help clients resolve land-use violations.
